Situated below the seven Churfirsten peaks and the Säntis mountain you can experience traditional customs or go for a stroll, or on a hike or a biking tour on one of the many trails (up to 2'300 m above sea level) with open fire places, playgrounds and picnic areas.
Don't miss the spectacular sight of the Thur water falls.

In winter there is great skiing in Alt St. Johann and Wildhaus.
